• I am handling a freelance development group, specializing in web & mobile development utilizing modern workflows and technical stacks.

  • Though all developers are very skillful, they are not native English speakers and we are often facing communication barriers with the clients during the interviews.
• How you can help
  • We are looking for a fluent(C1, C2, Native) English speaker with basic to mid technical knowledge about web and mobile development.
  • The role requires joining the client meetings under the profile of our developers (with their name and specialty) and doing voice/video calls.
  • Requirements
    • 5+ years of experience with web or mobile development
    • Ability to learn new technical terms and good communication skills
    • Available to interview at any time of EST working hours per day, Mon - Fri (Interview count will be 1~5 per day)

Work Flow

• We have several methods for project acquisition but the most used approach is to submit proposals to various job postings. As we work with US clients, we usually represent US profiles when submitting proposals.
• They will review the proposals and schedule the interviews with the potential candidates.
• If we are selected, you will join the meetings under the profile of our developers (with their name and specialty) and do voice calls.
  • Before the meeting, we will provide you the detailed information about a team member you need to call instead of.
  • Also, we will prepare the document for all technical details related to the project so that you can easily do the interview.

Payment

• We understand the importance of client communications and will always make payments for your help, whatever the interview outcome is.
• We will pay you weekly on Mondays but if you have any preference, we are willing to hear and discuss it more. We will have 1~5 interviews per day and each interview will take around 30mins more or less. The rate of this role is $30 per interview and if we got the project through the interview, the bonus $50 will be added for that interview.
• If everything works out and you enjoy working with us, this can expand to a very long-term relationship.
